General provisions

The premises can be rented on an occasional (birthday) or regular basis (special conditions). It can be rented on Wednesday afternoons, Friday afternoons, all day Saturdays (morning and afternoon) and Sundays (morning and afternoon). It is also possible to rent a bouncy castle (instructions given with the castle).

We can offer you a special price if you wish to rent the room all day, for this, please contact us via our online contact form.

Unfortunately we no longer offer a cleaning service, the cleaning will have to be done by you in the time allotted.

 

WhatsApp group

By accepting the general conditions, you give us permission to add you to the whatsapp group “Anniversaires Ribambelle”.

This whatsapp group will be created at the beginning of the week with the weekday and weekend tenants. The group will aim to facilitate exchanges and provide you with all the necessary information related to the rental. In case of emergency, we remain reachable on the group. We would appreciate if you could leave the group 24 hours after the end of your rental.

 

Inflatable castles

The bouncy castle must be used in accordance with the instructions for use included with the bouncy castle. The castle is not installed by La Ribambelle, but by the tenant. The wizard castle and the pirate castle are located in the cabinets to the left of the entrance. The procedure is laminated and attached to the castles. For the assembly of the castle, allow about 15 minutes and it is necessary to be 2 minimum.

The costs of any repairs in the event of damage to the bouncy castle are borne by the customer. The castle will be returned clean, dry, complete and properly stored with the strap. The deposit will be retained and possible additional costs are to be paid if the castle is left damaged, dirty or wet (sent as an invoice). La Ribambelle declines all responsibility in the event of an accident occurring during the use of the bouncy castle. The amount of the castle rental is not refunded if it has not been used during the party.

 

Withdrawal of the key and use of the room

The withdrawal of the key is done on site the same day. The key is in a key box in front of the front door. The code will be communicated to you in the WhatsApp group.

The room can be used according to the time defined on the contract. It is not possible to drop off equipment or decorate the room before the time indicated on your contract. In the event of loss of the key, the costs incurred will be borne by you (locksmith, new cylinders and replacement of all other keys).

 

Return of the key and the premises

The key must be returned to the key safe at the end of the anniversary. The room must be left clean and tidy at the agreed time and no later than 1:00 p.m. or 6:30 p.m. In case of loss of the key, you will be responsible for the costs (locksmiths, cylinders and all keys). In the event that the premises are not returned clean and tidy, we will be obliged to keep your deposit and no longer rent our premises in the event of non-compliance with these general conditions.

 

Rates and cancellation fees

Room: 180.- CHF for half a day (Wed, Fri, Sat, Sun)

Cancellation charges are as follows:

  • after payment and up to 2 weeks before the event: CHF 100.-
  • less than 2 weeks before the event: no refund

Inflatable castle: wizard 60.- / pirate 100.-

Cancellation charges are as follows:

  • up to one week before the event: no fee
  • less than a week before the event: 20.-

 

Car park

Two parking spaces with the mention “garderie” are reserved for you to park during your rental: n°41 and 42. Our places are often squatted and unfortunately we can’t do anything about it, we are sorry about that.

Be careful with the private parking spaces along the chemin d’eysins, you risk a fine if you rent during the week. On Saturday and Sunday you can park in the spaces of the companies closed during the weekend.

On Saturdays you can also park at the Migros Porte de Nyon (5 minutes walk from La Ribambelle), don’t forget to put your blue disc.

 

 

It is allowed:

– to use the kitchen, the dishes, the microwave, the coffee machine with your Nespresso compatible capsules, the loudspeaker (BIG JAMBOX by Jawbone), the sanitary facilities, the games and toys for children as long as they are used with care and put away after use.

– to use the Ribambelle premises either from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. when the cleaning is finished or from 2:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. when the cleaning is finished. Please respect these times out of respect for the next tenant. In the event that the premises are not handed over within the given time and the next tenant has been inconvenienced by your delay, we will be forced to keep your deposit and no longer rent our premises to you.

It’s forbidden :

  • to enter the room with his shoes.
  • to bring an animal inside the premises.
  • to use the local fixed telephone.
  • to take the toy cars out of the room, even in good weather.
  • adults to use the slide.
  • to take food and/or drinks out of the kitchen area.
  • to let the children into the office. Adults can store their belongings there temporarily.

The rental manager is responsible for enforcing these rules.

 

Cleaning

The room must be properly stored and cleaned. You will find the vacuum cleaner, mop and dish towels in the office and cleaning supplies in the cabinets above the toilet. We ask that you bring your garbage bags and remove all trash at the end of the event. Your dishes should be done by hand, please do not use the dishwasher and leave it empty.

If the premises are not left clean and tidy, we will be forced to keep your deposit and no longer rent you our premises.

In addition to storage and cleaning , please:

  • disinfect all surfaces with a cloth and disinfectant.
  • Vacuum and mop the floors (hang the mop on the edge of the laundry bin).
  • put chairs and tables back in their original place .
  • clean the kitchen, dishes, refrigerator and microwave if they have been used.
  • Clean and disinfect toilets ON and UNDER the seat.
  • put the toys in their place.
  • close the windows.
  • take back all your waste, including coffee capsules.

In order to clean and tidy up the room as it should, we will send you again in the whatsapp group all the necessary information.

Thank you for tidying up the premises for the next tenant.

In the event that you are not satisfied with the cleanliness of the premises, or if you find a broken object or other, please report it immediately in the whatsapp group supporting photo(s) and we will do the necessary with the previous tenant. .

 

Contact people

The contact people are the administrators of the whatsapp group which will be created before the event. We remain available only in case of emergency.

 

Important

Access to the contactless room implies that we have full confidence in you. We are counting on you to leave the place clean , respect the schedules and thus show respect to La Ribambelle and the next tenant .

For security reasons, the premises of La Ribambelle must not contain more than 30 people. The children are under the supervision of the adults present; La Ribambelle is not responsible in the event of an accident.
